Half of the FIFTH army will be holding down the fort at the art gallery with our weekly installment of the open jam Fridays at the Fifthput on by John Gomi and Beat Imprint..BYOB, MC's, DJ's, beatmakers welcome...message us for more info
The other half of the Fifth army will be providing art for this show at Shaman Modifications

Sabado at El Cinco

Opened the gallery for a few hours today and watched a cool documentary on Vinyl Toy Designers called Toy Punks (i think) ...cool documentary..all other documentaries suck.  

Frank Kozik used to live upstairs from where the gallery now resides..kind of inspiring, he talks about discovering punk in downtown Austin on Congress and 6th.

Another Friday at The Fifth come and gone --Thanks to everyone that came through to check out the art, spin some records, rip the mic, or just hang out and dance and chop it up.

These Fridays have always been a good weekend release for us all the artists involved, and they continue to get bigger and more creative...Big ups to JAZZ ONE the Louisiana mad man (that made 2 in the building) for coming through and sharing stories of the Scion Hypeman contest and such.
