What's the Story???
Booty Babe Art is one man’s way of expressing his passion for fantasy art, toys, fashion design, and of course the wonderful variety of female beauty. In effect the project is a tribute to the women that make our day, taking the very definition of “Booty Babe” to new levels.
“What is a ‘Booty Babe?’” you may ask. As a term of endearment, a Booty Babe is generally a woman with curves. Waist to hip ratio is usually breath-taking. She’s not necessarily run-way model material, in the traditional sense, but she feels sexy and her self-confidence makes her glow. She’s not afraid to wear skin-tight outfits – and we love her for it. Now you’re getting the picture. You’ve seen her at the mall, in line at the bank, grocery shopping, and out dancing. She’s sweet and sexy, stylish and smart; and her body language states, “This is who I am, and I LOVE being me.”
In 1998, with this in mind, artist Spencer Davis started adding material to an otherwise skinny, 12" fashion doll. Taking cues from Black Tail magazine and a few liberties of his own, the first Booty Babe was conceived. Over the past few years since, Spencer has exhibited his Booty Babe Art sculptures at numerous art gallery exhibitions in Los Angeles and in Oregon. But this is only the beginning...
"Angel" Booty Babe Resin
Features optional soft fabric wings, pom pom afro puffs, metal cross necklace, and form fitting fabric dress. Her fabric dress is removable to reveal her.. not-so-angel-like, nude figure.
Fellow artists will enjoy that this is the most easily customizable Booty Babe to date.
This style was limited to an edition of 300 world-wide.

"Chocolate" Vinyl Booty Babe
This long sold-out in resin, very popular original Booty Babe character has been brought back in VINYL! The first in a series of vinyl Booty Babes. Soft, rooted afro hair, soft goods top. Designed by Spencer Davis. Produced by MAMEGYORAI, Japan. Beautiful, clear packaging with peak-a-boo window in back.

Each statue is made of hand detailed, cold-cast porcelain. ('cept for the hands which were molded in PVC so the fingers are guaranteed not to chip or break!) Each figure is mounted securely, with steel pins, onto a solid base with a felt underside. Sculptures stand approximately 11.75" including base. Each comes with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

Saturday, November 14th, The 5th Gallery located near the corner of 5th and Trinity (305 E 5th Street) is proud to host a release party for the highly anticipated debut album, Delta Blues, by Texas/Oregon hip hop duo Jaysin (of The Word Association) and Anecha.
Join us for free food and beer while San Marcos's favorite deejay, Chief and the Doomsday Device, rock the 1's and 2's from 7pm to midnight.
Lucky guests will be treated to gifts from the 5th Gallery, as well as copies of Delta Blues throughout the night.
